About CLAS IT
CLAS Information Technology (IT) is a collaboration of IT professionals across the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. We work closely with faculty and staff to support technology that advances the College’s research, teaching, learning, and outreach.
A Network of Professionals
CLAS IT comprises staff from the CLAS Shared Services Center, who provide technical assistance to the Dean's Office and to faculty, staff, and researchers throughout the College. It also includes IT professionals who provide dedicated support to academic departments.
Supporting the Use of Technology
Together, we consult with CLAS researchers and educators to understand their needs and find cost-effective, sustainable solutions. We also collaborate with colleagues in UConn Information Technology Services to support and advocate for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
